Dennis may have tinkered with it even further, since I've been out of town the last week and he was kind enough to donate the electrons to help break it in. Realize some of those 01As are almost 100 years old... Here's the roll off effect of not using a cathode follower with longer cable length. One trace is 3', the other is 20'. Now I just have to figure out how to reattach the bottom plate since Tony put the remote circuitry right underneath the screw holes...
