I just called and they would only give me 2400 for my p10 toward a p15. I can’t remember what I paid for the p10 but I think it was more than 2400.

Think their max trade in value is limited to 30% of the purchased item's retail price, so you should select your trade ins carefully to maximize value. The reason they're able to offer such high trade in values is since they eliminated their US dealer network they kept prices the same, so selling direct they have the previous dealer margin to work with.
