My first Zitrons are now pretty well broken in:

Python Zitron power cord on preamp
Python Zitron signal cable preamp to Amps
Cobra Zitron power cord on CD player

I am hearing sounds that are cleaner with details more identifiable, ditto with bass which seems to go a bit deeper. and dynamics seem more noticeable.

Decisions, decisions -- Will I add a Triton next or Python power cords to my amps?

Add the Triton...in my experience, you can't fully realize the capability of these wondeful power cords without the use of a Shunyata power distributor. The two are synergistic, and in my experience with my Triton, it is a component level upgrade, comparable to upgrading your preamp.

My recommendation would be to get a Venom3 Source power cord and use that on the CD player, and move the Zitron Cobra to the power amp.

+ 1 on the Triton...which should be run with a Zitron PC to the wall.

Yes, that is the way I'm leaning. That is, getting a Shunyata Triton power distributor next, with a Zitron Power Cord. My two amps will have to wait.

Mike,

I would *love* to hear a Triton hooked up to an ARC 5SE and through Salon 2's! # drool
