Default PMC in JL Audio Factory Test Theater.

Like Ian said, there's a reason why JL Audio demos their subs with PMC speakers. The best of both worlds.

This is a link to the JL Audi factory theater gallery. Photos #7 and #8 show the PMC's very nicely.

With a budget that would allow the choice of any manufacturers speakers, they chose PMC. Way to go JL Audio.

Very cool. It seems i am always kicking around the idea of getting another set of speakers to add a different 'flavor' to my sound room. Lately, PMC has piqued my interest. I would love to demo a pair of PMCs in my room someday. I have a small room, would be interesting to see if either the OB1i or PB1i would work in my room.

Seeing the "professional" series speakers set-up at JL Audio, is anyone using the professional series at home? I find it interesting that their top shelf midrange driver is reserved for the professional line. Seeing the Bryston amps, i guess that there are active and passive professional speakers.

Anyone heard both series to comment on the differences in sound and applications?

The front firing ports on PMC speakers suggests they would play nicely with the front wall.

It just occurred to me, they are using PMC OB1 as surround channel.
