You are indeed correct, and I am a dumba...! 24 bit FLAC with a 44.1 sampling rate, doubled by the Sooloos.
Now that my credibility is gone, you may not want my thoughts on the MS600!  I am running the SpeakerLink/AES output from my MS600, as opposed to from my Control 15. The Control 15 is located on the other side of the room, and that location was why I originally got the MS600, so that I could place it close to my MDA1000. There is a definite difference in the sound of the MS600's balanced analog outputs going directly to my C1000 versus the MS600's SpeakerLink/AES digital output going to my MDA1000 and then to my C1000. Both sound very good, and there are some recordings that I think I prefer listening to via the MS600's analog outputs going through the C1000. Having said that, in general I prefer listening to the either the Coaxial Digital or SpeakerLink/AES through my MDA1000.

Thanks for the input John. I have upgraded all the cables from the C15 (Speakerlink and PC) and PC to the Twinstore and am experiencing very high quality sound. I'll hold here until someone cracks the code on a better connection.

Im guessing you guys all have Control 15's. The folks at Meridian informed me that my Control 10 only works with 24/96, so I've got a Control 15 on the way. Should be here mon or tues. Then I can finally review those Stones albums!
