Wireworld Platinum Eclipse 7 speaker cables are 9 gauge, constructed with OCC Solid Silver, and terminated with silver spades. The spades can be replaced with banana connectors because the spades are designed to unscrew. Extra connectors are available from Wireworld (and through Ivan) for $6 to $8 per connector.

Wireworld Platinum Eclipse 7 Interconnects are 17 gauge, constructed with OCC Solid Silver, and terminated with XLR connectors terminated with silver/copper alloy pins or RCA pins of silver clad OCC within a carbon fiber connector.

The cables are all in perfect operating condition with some light cosmetic marks on the speaker cable module where the cables split into L/R. The spades themselves obviously show signs of use. The "Certificate of Authenticity" is included along with the flight case for each set of cables. The two oldest Platinum Eclipse 7 cables (the speaker cable and the 26 foot XLR) have less “case candy” than the others which have added variations such as a fabric bag for the cables inside the case, and a QR code card.

The Platinum Eclipse 7 series sounded musical, rich, natural, and relaxed in 2 variations of my system during the time I used these cables which was up to about 2019/2020. I used them with Furutech Nanoflux power cables (currently listed here in the AA classifieds) and experienced great listening pleasure with the combination.



The Wireworld Platinum Eclipse 7 series of speaker cables and interconnects received exceptional reviews. The Absolute Sound magazine named them an "Editor's Choice" multiple years in a row and Stereophile had them listed in their annual "Recommended Components" feature. Two reviews are posted below but an internet search will find more.



The Absolute Sound review provides insight into the performance of these cables and the Michael Fremer Stereophile write-up on the interconnects also gives an accurate description of the overall sound of the Platinum Eclipse 7 series.
