They truly are beautiful and I like the speakers they are matched to quite a bit, also.

Anyone know the size of the meter? It appears larger than the 611, but smaller than the 1.25kw.
I have an email into McIntosh. Will see if they respond….

Heard from Mc. The meter is the size as 611 but with a black bezel.

Same size of the 601s. Big enough!

Those are good size meters. Plenty big enough to see from across a medium sized room.

Sounds like you are on the edge of a big purchase. The longer you wait, the longer the waiting line becomes, after you pull the trigger. That's why I didn't even rationalize. Well, actually I did: I saved 40K.
