Great opportunity for a great trivia question: Who produced that laugh? And whose laugh is it?

I think it's Vincent Price but couldn't swear to it.

Anyone else?

Hint: It was originally recorded for one of the best-selling LP's of all time, by one of the best-selling recording artists of all time.

And we have a winner! Wish I had a prize to offer you, Ivan.

Maybe not a prize, but a reward -- more interesting trivia: There was a third verse to the Thriller Rap originally recorded by Vincent Price, produced by Quincy Jones.

Here are the lyrics to all three verses:

It’s close to midnight and something evil’s lurking in the dark
Under the moonlight you see a sight that almost stops your heart
You try to scream but terror takes the sound before you make it
You start to freeze as horror looks you right between the eyes
You’re paralyzed

‘Cause this is thriller, thriller night
And no one’s gonna save you from the beast about to strike
You know it’s thriller, thriller night
You’re fighting for life inside a killer, thriller tonight

You hear a door slam and realize there’s nowhere left to run
You feel the cold hand and wonder if you’ll ever see the sun
You close your eyes and hope that this is just imagination
But all the while you hear the creature creepin’ up behind
You’re out of time

‘Cause this is thriller, thriller night
There ain’t no second chance against the thing with forty eyes
You know it’s thriller, thriller night
You’re fighting to survive inside a killer, thriller tonight

Night creatures call
The dead start to walk in their masquerade
There’s no escapin’ the jaws of the alien this time (they’re open wide)
This is the end of your life

They’re out to get you, there’s demons closing in on every side
They will possess you unless you change the number on your dial
Now is the time for you and I to cuddle close together
All thru the night I’ll save you from the terrors on the screen
I’ll make you see

That it’s a thriller, thriller night
‘Cause I can thrill you more than any ghost who would dare to try
Girl, this is thriller, thriller night
So let me hold you tight and share a killer, diller, chiller
Thriller here tonight

The demons squeal in sheer delight
It’s you they spy, so plump, so right
For though the groove is hard to beat
Yet still you stand with frozen feet
You try to run, you try to scream
But no more sun you’ll ever see
For evil reaches from the crypt
To crush you in its icy grip

HD800s have arrived. Ive been listening to a few of my favorite headphone test tracks and I'm very impressed so far. I've only had about an hour of listening time but initial reactions are that these have the most detail I've heard in a pair of headphones, and the best soundstage since a pair of Jecklin Floats I had years ago. These actually manage to get vocals out in front instead of inside or at the top of my head. The bass is also very fast and clean. They do seem just a little bright, but I'm thinking they just need a little time. So far I've only tried them on the Woo WA6, I'll run them for a couple of days to get some break-in time and then try them this weekend on the Luxman SQ-N100.
Excuse the lousy iPhone pictures, but you know what these look like already anyway.

You guys are killing me!!

Congratulations Tony....you will no doubt enjoy these immensely. I had the pleasure of hearing Dan's pair at the end of last year...although he didn't yet have the Sennheiser amp then, I still got a verygood taste of these fine headphones. They are great.
