As long as the feet are fully on the shelf and you have room to make the connections in the back the fact that the plinth overhangs makes no difference.

Wall mount shelf for MT10?
According to McIntosh, the MT10 is 17-1/2" x 17-3/4", and the feet are only 13-13/16" apart on a square. The Quadraspire SVT shelf should work. I have one I'm no longer using, if you're interested, become a subscriber and I'll list it in the Marketplace. Also Ivan is a Quadraspire dealer and can hook you up with something new.

PS: interesting and I do not doubt the measurements as in your diagram but the McIntosh web site also states elsewhere it is 21 inches deep: Unit Dimensions (W x H x D) 17-1/2" (44.45cm) x 8-13/16" (22.38cm) x 21" (53.34cm) Note: Tone Arm Height will vary depending on the type of Cartridge installe https://www.mcintoshlabs.com/products/turntables/MT10 Bill Last edited by Eden1313; 03-28-2022 at 06:06 PM. |

McIntosh is adding 3” to the depth of the MT10 to account for ample room for the phono rca cable to connect. I just measured my MT10, 18” depth. Mine is sitting on a HRS shelf, this hrs shelf is 21” wide x 19” deep. Image1648685389.096374.jpg

That explains the 3 inches! Does the HRS shelve slide?

Does it tilt when extended? Thank you for taking time to measure and reply. Bill |

Ha! Ain’t no pulling out. That would be too easy. I have to work to spin a record … crouch down to my knees and carefully place record.

Well, your gear and shelves are beautiful. I wish I had the knees and eyesight to perform those type of "gymnastics". Thanks for the updated measurements it opens up options I did not realize I had.
