Default review of mc303

I just got my Stereophile mag in the mail today and it had a very good review of the 303 in it. The reviewer was using 802d in the review. Just thought I would mention it.

Interesting choice of analogies. The Bel Canto's were Audi S-8's, the Classe was the Mecedes S65 and the McIntosh was the Cadillac Escalade....

He liked the MC303 although the other two did things better but it's that McIntosh smoothness that got him.

Just kidding, I actually like Stereophile and look forward to reading it each month - especially Fremer.

Fremer reviewed the SME 20/12 TT with the SME 312S tonearm this month.

Cool. No spoilers please - I should be getting my copy soon. But I'd be willing to bet a ribbed plate Tele to a McIntosh stock tube that Mikey, being Mikey, will not be able to resist a joke involving 12".

Hmm, he seemed kind of serious. The closest he came was calling it a "foot-long" arm.

Methinks I'd like The Absolute Sound the best.
