Unfortunately, Parker put out a bunch of unlistenable "music" (I'm being charitable calling it music rather than noise from a saxophone), regardless of the quality of the recording, later in life. He almost always did better when playing in someone else's group.

Glenn, let's agree to disagree on this one.
He's one of the monuments in jazz, and for a reason.
Not the most easy type of jazz for sure, but I adore it; he was a genius.
Too bad drugs ended his life so soon.
