N100 display stopped working
Yesterday the display on my N100 lit up bright white. I cannot change the display, turn it off, make it dimmer or toggle between song/artist and the VU meters. It is a constant white light.
The unit is N100-004840 and it is all up to date. I have tried resetting, rebooting and removing the power cord. I keep it connected to a pure sine wave UPS in the case of power outages or transients in the power. My N100H is out of warranty and I live in Ontario, Canada. Can I open up a work order with Aurender, ship it off and have then repair it?

Talk to American Sound in Toronto. I believe they have a young tech who can look at it. For now go into advanced setting and turn off the display - if your model has this option. Good luck!

Thanks Banter. Before I read your post, Aurender put me in touch with Audio by Mark Jones in Whitby. Aurender will supply a new OLED for free so just a matter of getting it down to Mark. Hopefully I hear from him and can courier this down to him. Cheers!

Yes it did I would like to commend Aurender. My N100 is out of warranty but they are covering the AOLED parts and I'm responsible for the labor. Nothing wrong with that
