Hi everybody. I've read good reviews of this preamp. Specially on the passive mode. Any experience on this model or another passive preamp?

Fabulous in a word.
Make sure you hear one that has well over 1000 hours on the clock-preferably
2000 hours,and has been on for 2 days if possible.
The Stereophile review is very accurate in my opinion.

Hi Down Under.
Do you own one? I'm interested on the passive mode. The dealer says that is better than the DartZeel nhb18ns. Acording to the Stereophile's review that opinion seems apropiated.

Actually running an Ypsilon PST 100 TA.
Very, very transparent and timbrical. It has around 40 hrs. on. Really hard to break it seems.

I've had the Ypsilon PST 100 mk2 + Aelius II monos on loan for a couple of days.
They are abolutely fabulous, like said above uber transparent, superb refinement and magical midrange.
IMO Ypsilon are up there with CH Precision and Aries Cerat.
