That Russian video of them traversing the moon was very convincing.

That video was indeed interesting. At first glance I thought it may have been space junk or a large cluster of asteroids traversing the low orbit but it becomes apparent that a few of them were not just floating by but coming together, drifting apart and coming back together again which is not how space junk or asteroids act in space.

I'd bet everything I've ever known that there are other living things out there, complex and not, but that haven't visited us. As others have said, the vast distances in space preclude interstellar, let alone intergalactic travel, unless some physics (as we know it) breaking method of travel exists.

Physics as “we” know them are not the definitive standard by which other advanced galactic beings could be limited. We still can’t quite get the grasp of black holes and just the other day I read that:

1. It very well may be possible to survive a trip through the black hole after all.
2. It is also possible the black hole/white hole may act as portals and what goes in, emerges someplace else in our or even a different universe.

We have much to learn.

Objects heavier than air could never fly said Lord Kelvin right before the Wright brothers proved him wrong... The presence of flying insects all around him evidently was not enough evidence for him. A bumble bee just went about it’s business as usual. So do the unidentified objects that seem to defy the physics we are married to.

If a black hole can reduce a star to nothing but energy, I think it's safe to say we won't survive a day trip either.

There are different types of black holes and besides, we simply do not know enough in our galactic infancy. https://www.siliconrepublic.com/inno...ugh-black-hole

A black hole is one of the simplest objects in the universe. Electric Charge, Mass and Angular Momentum. That is all that is required to describe them.

I want to change my vote to #4. I see these guys on the news every night (although IMO the 'intelligent' aspect is often open to question).
