Thanks for the warm "welcomes" !

The Luxman is hooked to an Esoteric X03-SE for CD/SACD player, and to a pair of Verity Audio Amadis for speakers, and I am extremely pleased by the results. Even more pleased, in fact, since Julien Pelchat from Verity Audio stopped by to optimize the location of the Amadis in the room, which has made a huge difference in the overall rendition.

The Luxman is very transparent all across the spectrum yet it has a hardly noticeable yet extremely enjoyable nice "tone" or warmth to it, which makes the midrange glorious and gorgeous. It excels in controling the bass, and the treble is extended, delicate and not agressive. Very well balanced amp. The soundstage is huge. The overall presentation is rather forward than laid back. Need I say that I also love the "vintage" looks of this otherwise modern amp.

Greetings! Recent lurker and now a new member.

I run the A5 Integrated Amp - used deal on audiogon.

And like others have posted, the HT Direct/Bypass feature is great for building a hybrid HT/2-channel system for those of us 'space challenged' for dedicated rigs.

LUV the sound!

Bryston B-60R. Terrific integrated with known Bryston quality and sonics.

New addition, a Consonance Calaf hybrid integrated. Massive beast, great sound. I secured a good deal on one at well below the normal retail. You either love or hate the looks. I quite like it. 200wpc, the first 40 class A. Superb sound.

Well, I have had a Densen DM-10 and a YBA Intégré DT, which I both liked a lot. Currently enjoying the Intégré's big brother, a YBA Passion Intégré, in my second system.
