A bit too cool though.
Far from the emotional involvement you sense with Billie, Ella, and Sarah.

Leroy Vinnegar - Leroy Walks!

A successful sideman recording on the West Coast 'Contemporary' and 'Pacific Jazz' labels as well as on 'Verve' with Chet Baker, Benny Carter, Kenny Dorham, Stan Getz, Dexter Gordon, Les McCann, Shelly Manne, Sonny Rollins and Sonny Stitt amongst others.

This is one of Leroy Vinnegar's few performances as a leader with his sextet formation.

Recorded in 1957 (Contemporary)
