A dealer needs to be able to demonstrate options.

When did you get the E-800 btw, I only just noticed it in your sig. Will have to look for that thread! You have really super-cool systems, lucky man!
Accuphase AB sounds superb, but Accuphase Class A sounds sublime. My E800 was the first one in the USA, and I love it. It is the best sounding Integrated that I have ever heard, IMO.

With the E-800, I don't miss having a separate pre/power!
Yesterday I received my phono stage C-47, in a few hours of use it has already proved to be an excellent complement to the E-800!

Hoping to gather some thoughts on an upcoming amp selection. I am considering;
Accuphase A-75 x 2 in bridged mode (240w into 8)
Mark Levinson 534 (new) or 536 (used)
Pass XA60.8
Don't have the chance to test any with my Focal Sopra 3s, unable to test the either of the MLs or the Pass, but was able to demo an un-bridged A-75 and loved it. I wish I could hear them all on my speakers, but I cannot. And since I can't I don't see that it would matter to demo them anyway. I think all are fantastic amps and either would work splendidly, but still thought I could get some input from this forum. cheers

Bridging an amplifier always results in compromise, IMO. The distortion goes up while the ability to handle low impedance loads goes down, so I see it as a course of last resort.

The one exception is the Mac MC275. That amp is unusual because running it in mono doesn't really bridge the amplifier, but runs it in parallel.

Yes, it's a good point and I had considered this. According to Accuphase the THD in unbridged is 0.03% 4-16 ohm, and 0.05% 4-16 ohm in bridged mode. So on paper it's a slight increase but not sure I could pass a blind test over 0.02%.
Another option instead of the two A-75 would be a pair of A-250 monoblocks which put out 100w for almost the same price as two A-75, but with the A-75 in bridged it puts out 240w!

I run a200s bridged. Hard to hear much of a compromise there.

Do you have 4 A-200s?

Nice equipment list! From what I've read those R1s are very revealing...if you can't hear a difference running bridged through those then I'm sure I'd have no worries with the Focals.
