Simply not the case; I bought my brand new F430 direct from the dealer (my first) the car had 19 delivery miles on it; I was the first owner. I paid a modest premium over monroney.

I have been getting discounts on brand new Ferrari's ever since. Just last year I bought my 458 Coupe.

What does being from California have to do with it? Ferrari sells more cars in California than any other state.

As does Porsche and most likely every luxury car. With the recent changes in Ferrari dealerships in L.A. there will be a less competitive environment and this will not benefit the consumer.
