Had no problem tube-rolling in my SQ-N10. To my ears it was best with Soviet era 6P14NP tubes, which I still use in my Cary amp to good effect. Found no need to set the bias, though perhaps it would have been even better if I had. Here is a pic of the current SQ-N150. No more often than one needs to set the bias it wouldn't stop me from owning another if I had compatible speakers. Terrific little integrated amp.

Theres a lot of good ones. Mac pretty much anything tubed or autoformered (among a BUNCH of really good Mac options) and Luxman, and Accuphase, and anything Nelson Pass probably ever did is in the neighborhood too. I tend to lean to something with a little more "thump" down low as the ported woofer can come off a little lacking with some of the vintage stuff, especially tube gears with smaller power supplies. An MC30 will sound fab on Cornwalls with 50's-60's jazz on vinyl, but I'd probably want to go to something with a little more low end authority for all around use. The ported aspect of this speaker changes the game a bit vs. their horn loaded counterparts.

So far with my Cornwall III's a single mc275IV was my favourite...
Tried a Bryston 4BSST2, a Unison Research Simply Italy with surprising results (8w SET), a Unison Research Triode 25 (with Gold Lion KT77s), and currrently the newest Yamaha A-S2200, THE most surprising of all.

McIntosh and Klipsch
Just for fun, I hooked up my McIntosh MC501 monos to my Heresy IIIs. Obviously, way overkill, especially since they are placed in a small-ish spare bedroom. But I must say, this combo really kicks, proving that tubes aren't the only choice that works well with Klipsch Heritage speakers. The Mac solid state amp sounds better than the previous tube setup I was using.

I paired my III’s with a Hegel H190. Superb bass control with dynamic contrasts. Non fatiguing highs.

Klipsch has been known to use the Cary SLI-80 at trade shows over the years.

If I owned speakers with a sensitivity rating as high as the Klipsch models my amp of choice would be this...
