I would have bought a power conditioner and power cords much sooner. Their addition has made as much improvement to my system as a significant component upgrade.

So many things I'm looking to change. Need to find a house soon and get the Man Cave going, and then I'll move from bookshelves to towers and also pay a lot of attention to acoustics, room correction and power protection/improvement. Shame on me I'm still doing this in a living room...

Ran dedicated 20 amp twice to two different walls due to first having system on long wall and then moving to the short wall where it is today. Need to close off two openings to the room and add acoustic treatments. Understand the time and commitment and patience needed to demo different manufacturers of equipment to select the best synergy of sources, control, amplification and reproduction.
Seems right that many are recognizing the need to start with the power source and then room treatments next.
