Great album, Great cover, I know some of the greatest Jazzers are classically trained and never drank or took drugs, but that photo is Jazz to me.

If I think he was playing with Charlie Parker already 60 years before that evening... And I'm listening to Bird now: CD3 of the box: 1947-1948 Top years of this genius! Old recordings of course, but Harmonia Mundi did a fine job with them.
