I had the pleasure of seeing him every night for a week in the early 80s when he did a week on Laclede's Landing in St. Louis, at a club called Marquette's (which only stayed in business a year or two).

Another fine Sonny Stitt...this Japanese pressing sounds fantastic. Has incredible presence. The music is great of course. Swings hard.
