Never thought I would enjoy cruising. But find it very relaxing and we generally take a couple a year. Looking for a winter cruise now, but doing 10-days out of Barcelona next April.

Looks like you had a fun time. You can eat until you burst on those liners. I'll bet you returned fat and happy.

What's interesting is how nice and worry free it is when you do it without any kids. We also think having no cell phones for a week is a big plus. We buy 1 hour on internet so we can check in for a few minutes daily for any emergencies.

My wife hates buffets, so we spend most our time at the sit down restaurants. The food was very good. The service is second to none. We love the service.

Service is always excellent. We did Carnival in 2011 to western Caribbean and loved it. We stopped in Grand Caymen also that was the only difference in ports. We're going on Princess Lines in January out of Fort Lauderdale on a modified Western Caribbean cruise.

I am going back on the Royal carib this summer and will take the eastern side this time. They have 2 Oasis class ships and they rotate east one week west one week with both ships every other week.
