You don’t need a gun to protect yourself…until you do!

I for one hope I never need it, but I’m grateful to be able to carry.

All true police officers in the U.S. are considered “specialists” with firearms (some more so than others). It’s part and parcel of the job.

I was also on SWAT. I was specially trained above what a normal police officer was. It saved my life many times.

I’m happy that New Zealand police can get away with less firearms training than us in the U.S. However as already mentioned, one of the reasons why we are allowed to own guns is to protect our other freedoms. We were once ruled by tyranny, but no more. Some of us are willing to die to safeguard these freedoms.

This is not meant as a political statement. Just a truthful one expressing our reality.

Many thanks. And thank you and others for their support during all those years. We couldn’t have accomplished what we needed to do otherwise.

In all my years in law enforcement I never arrested a gun. One was never indicted by a Grand Jury and one was never judged by a jury of 12. None were ever given a sentence by a judge. No gun that I know of is serving a life sentence in a maximum security prison for murder. …

Guns aren’t the problem, people are! People kill people, not guns. Sure guns are a tool used in many murders, but it’s evil individuals that are the root of such atrocities.

I’ve arrested murderers who used all kinds of tools to inflict death - knives, axes, crowbars, screwdrivers, ropes, electrical wire, chains, a vehicle, their own hands and feet, etc. It’s not the tool that’s evil, it’s the depraved person.

KAHR CW 40. Great for concealed carry. Texas is a right to carry state! Also favorite with police as their second gun. Ankle holster.
