This is the oldest component I use, but only for listening to sports broadcasts.

Down to the Denon DP80 w/Stax UA-7/CF tonearm, Sony ST-J75 & ST-AT6 & Yamaha T-2 tuners. All are Japanese TOTL pieces from the late '70s - early '80s era with fresh caps, etc., as needed.

In use, a restored Citation 1 & 2 amp and preamp from the early 1960s. I also use a 1970s MR 78 tuner on a daily basis.

I also have a Scott 299 amp (1958) and 330B tuner (1956). These are on display, but not in use. The amp works, the tuner needs repair. I'm the second owner of these, and have had them since 1976.

Michael.......I remember the ADS L880 speakers well. They sound very good. As I remember, the dome midrange and tweeter sound very open and detailed. Do you still have this pair? Ever think of installing HiFi Tuning fuses in the fuse holders on the back?

This is my oldest piece. An ELAC Miracord 40A that's been in the family since new, back in the mid 60's. Still mint other than the fact I need a new idler wheel for it. And it's a darn good sounding TT too!
