As mentioned a few threads above, expecting 15-20% increase. My dealer indicated the same. Seems none of the dealers have any info so far.

Even with the price rise the D4 will be my first choice. Fortunately, the markets have gone gang busters in the past year so it's probably a good time to take some cream off the top and redecorate the living room.

I’ll be curious as to what the new 804d4 will be like because I basically purchased the McIntosh MC462 to power a pair. I’m also interested in the Sonus Faber Maxima Amator.

Nice amp and a great match for B&W.

MC462 is on my short list along with Simaudio 860V2 + a few others.

I'm currently running my MC462 with a pair of 803D3 and I do like the way the mate up and sound. I have the option to upgrade to the 803D4 when they come out, depends on the improvements and reviews. Still patiently waiting to see what B&W announces, hopefully something forthcoming will be announced.

I recently upgraded from a MC452 to a MC462 to power my 803d3 speakers��. The MC462 sounds noticeable better out of the box but keeps improving every time I listen. It is really making the speakers sing with very define bass. Highly unlikely that I will upgrade to the D4.

Simaudio makes some great amps too, I use one of their DACs and love it.

It’s the middle of June and no word yet on a replacement to the D3. Anyone hear anything?

Still two weeks of June left but I was expecting (hoping) that the launch would be early in the month.

If you look at past launches they tend to be at the start of a working week, so early next week is a good bet.
