Maybe I have a problem related to my vagus nerve... Your symptoms matched mine quite closely. Thanks for posting prepress and good health.

A small rant. Given the circumstances, I can't go shopping; I'm reliant on others going for me (I believe my upstairs neighbor is going this afternoon). Another friend has offered to get me things through her Amazon Prime account. I asked if she could get some Pepperidge Farm hamburger and hot dog buns (whole wheat preferred; will take the classic sesame ones too). I'll be needing some of them around week's end.

Well, the buns are all out of stock with an expected 4-week lead time(!!). In all likelihood I could suit up, head over to Stop and Shop, get my buns and be home in less than a half-hour. There's a lesson here somewhere, I'm sure.

Thanks. The zucchini didn't go quite how I was thinking, but it's good. Instead of a separate sauté I just cut it up and dropped it into the mix along with the ground beef, Jalfrezi sauce, grape tomatoes and multi-colored carrots, adding a bit of salt and pepper. I also dropped in chili powder, cayenne, paprika, tumeric and cumin. Overall, the dish didn't have the body I was hoping for; perhaps it needed a bit of sugar or a little more heat.

I have to keep in mind that things don't taste the same lately, and as this was my first try with a meal like this, judgements may need "a grain of salt."

Overall it feels a bit like I have a mild cold. The best improvement is that I'm not coughing all the time. At one point I couldn't get a sentence out. If I try to breathe too deeply I can induce a cough, so either I'm not over the virus or this is just lingering symptoms. We'll see what my PCP says come the 15th.

I'm more tired than usual and quite disgusted with how I look, having lost weight. Also dealing with diarrhea regularly. Must keep eating real food!
