Penalty kicks are the dumbest way ti determine a Champion. Hell after 30 minutes of extra time start taking one member off the field for each team all the way to one v one if you have to.
In golf you don’t putt to decide. In basketball you don’t shoot free throws. In baseball it’s not home run derby. Etc etc.

Nope, we always lose on penalties, it's in our DNA, always feted to be, long after the sun explodes. We've got some decent players,had a very easy run to the final, but we should make it to the 2nd round of the World Cup before, again, missing dem penalties. I watched 20 mins of the game, then switched it off. Long decades gave me the certain insight that only comes from deep experience.
