I owned all three - Audio Desk, KLAudio and Degritter. I prefer the Degritter from an operational, visual, and support perspective. I also lean towards the Degritter sound wise although that is a more difficult decision with limited comparison.

Bumping this one up, anyone else have one? I'm considering getting one to compare to my two KLaudios and will probably sell the last model KL to recoup the cost.

I have the degritter, gets the record to sound clean on the table. I don’t think an ultrasonic gets grease out as easily as a rcm. But rcm doesn’t get the small particles as well as an us.

I agree with this. Some fingerprints are left on my records after using the degritter, but they are faint and don't affect anything. The actual cleaning of physical particles is fantastic with the degritter.

Yeah, I agree w/you guys on fingerprints and the like. Those are pretty rare for me to find though, although I still have my Okki Nokki in storage for some future day. I did find a reasonable dealer to work with to get a Degritter, just need to decide where this is on my priority list...and with 2 KLudios it's not very high. More of a fun to play around with type of purchase.

I love the KL and will always keep one of them around, but for some of the older purchases I make like 45s a removable tank to clean would be ideal.

We have a Degritter. It does an excellent job. It's loud so we keep it in a back room. I use gloves at all stages of vinyl to combat finger prints.
