Just getting started on the McIntosh journey. Not sure how far I will go as fixed income kinda limits the ability. Just got my MX130 and MC7150. I am feeding a pair of Linn Keilidh speakers from a Thorens TD160 and my Mac Mini (used as a music server). My room is not a dedicated music room, as I am sharing it as my office and an extra bedroom via a Murphy bed.

The wife was kind enough to let me splurge on my dream components, a McIntosh MX150 & MC312.
The only caveat, the doors needed to stay on the credenza. The louvered glow is still enjoyable when's she's home. When she's not home the doors are opened and meters are pinned! Last edited by fmzip; 12-08-2021 at 11:09 AM. |

Very nice stereo sound system. Christmas with McIntosh is always special. We have Frank McIntosh and Gordon Gow to thank for all the good memories.
