I sort of know the EAR step up tranny sound, as I owned the 834P and had the 88PB at home. the 324 will obviously have less tube artifacts and be a little more neutral.

cheers

Well in my system the Pass XP-25 was the better performer. look at the Pass XP-25 thread for some more detail.

the Esoteric is still a nice sounding unit thou.

Discovered that placing a Harmonic Resolution Systems damping pad (medium) along the front of the top plate of the E-03 made a substantial improvement. More body and dynamics. WOW.

make sure you use a decent PC, as it is revealing in that way.

Hi,
i've listened your fabulous XP-25, but i can't buy it.... too expensive for my setup, but lovely!
I'd buy an XP-15 or Esoteric E-03, do you think that "little Pass" could blow away the Esoteric?
I'd consider even Aesthetix Rhea or Audia flight phono for my Kiseki Purpleheart NOS.

Thanks for the reviews. I have been looking for a quiet SS Phono to replace my tube phono. I think this is a winner, time to sell my current phono.

Hi there. a little late.

I have heard the XP15 at home.

I would buy the Esoteric phono for sure. It is more transparent and alive.

Love my e-03. Quiet and transparent, but not cool. Very flexible and easy to operate.
