Just unbelievable. Congratulations. Seems like a trip to the metropolitan Greenville area seems in order.

Are you running Legacy amps? Also are you utilizing the dac in the wavelet?

Thank you very much...

An update on the Valors...after 120 hours as of 2 hrs ago including 36 dedicated run in at the factory, this is the message i just sent to Bill Dudleston;

"Hello! I am absolutely speechless as to how a 6 ft' 1" almost 300lb speaker with 3.5Kw+ of amps driving each side and a long complex list of driver types and sizes like 8s, 12s, 14s, etc...can paint truly full range music effortlessly in 3D, have no driver separation AT All and 600 lbs of speakers disappear as if a magician waived a wand! My friend, you have built your finest speaker ever!!!"

=> I am hearing what sounds like a (almost 300lb) unidriver speaker playback experience...friggin' amazing!

I am now running 100% Legacy amps;

2.25 Kw internal Legacy/ICEpower (gen2) in each speaker

1 Legacy new i.V4 ULTRA 4ch, with 4 dedicated Legacy/ICEedge (latest gen3) adapted Legacy designed, additional power supplies, one per board, overbuilt heat sinks added, etc...each board can drive 2 channels at 660W into 8ohms full range rating. The ULTRA build dedicates 1 board for one channel.

The 4ch external is used to drive, via a dual pair of binding posts (bespoke build vs normal single pair) upper midbass and mids using 2ch and 2 additional channels for the tweeter array.

I am using an Esoteric P-02, D-02 and Cybershaft curated OP21A 10Mhz master clock as source and use the volume control inbthe D-02 (may add a SOTA passive pre in future) so I can run the best analog into Wavelet via XLR, then;

.Wavelet converts Analog signal to digital

.Wavelet then does 56bit time, frequency and phase RoomEQ imbthe digital domain

.Valor and Wavelet also support a first of its kind capability called Stereo Unfold Technology (SUT, see Legacy whitepapers, site and videos) with a top and side firing array in the speaker and special Dudleston/Boehmer author algorithms

. Wavelet then does D to A with a 24/96 set of DACs (I have apodizing DAC option set on)

.output via analog XLRs (multiple pairs) from there...

You can use Wavelet also as a pure DAC, preamp and RoomEQ with everythimg from a laptop up to a SOTA Player Transport DAC,...it does a great job, better in future when I am told it will go 24/192, and "much more" but for now I prefer Esoteric [emoji2]

Hope this helps!

I ran my Aeris and wavelet for a few years going back and forth between the wavelet dac and a ps audio and a McIntosh c1100. I liked the sound of both but once I added a linear power supply to the wavelet I’m liking the internal dac better. The a to d conversion is really good.

Rick,..thanks, that is great to know. I added and HDPLEX LPSU plus Revelation Audio Labs DC umbilical. I also have a Ghent Audio JSS360 DC cord that is excellent.
All made a hell of a difference for Wavelet....
