It does work with v12.1. I had to remove the DB2D from Bluetooth connection then delete the app, reload the app, and set up again. My issue is can not get much volume out of the sub even with input gain at 10dB.

Update: have spoken with district rep and this has been escalated across the pond. I was fortunate to have him stop by and listen to what I was experiencing. He knows it is an issue when using stereo connection and speakers chosen are 805D3. For those of us who do not have a built-in processor the LFE connection is not a choice.

I have a pair of the B&W 802D3 speakers and I like them very much, but I do think I want a sub as my listening room opens up to a much larger room. I have been struggling between the B&W DB1D, DB2D, JL f112v2 or f113v2. Or maybe the REL S/5 SHO. Any suggestions?

Would the B&W sub blend the best?

There MAY BE another way...
I also have the 802D3 and a DB2D. It's a hell of a lot of fun for movies. By a lucky coincidence I was able to upgrade my connection cable to the power amplifier at a very reasonable price. From Audioquest Fire to Audioquest WEL Signature (the best possible cable).
To be honest: Since then I don't switch the subwoofer on anymore. All of a sudden there is so much sub bass that nothing is missing.
Maybe that would be worth an experiment? Lending such a cable from your dealer?

GBP,

I already have fairly high quality Shunyata cables, (not WEL though!), but that was a really good suggestion. I wish you were closer, I would happily take the DB2D off your hands for you!

It's not about Power Cables you wrote before the Edit...
It's about the cables from Pre to Amp.

AQ Fire also is really High Quality (approx 3200 USD iirc). But the Top-Cable gave me more from all. Really outstanding astonishing.

I just realized that... I am using balanced Audioquest interconnects. I would upgrade at some point...
