I think Joe wants a SS amp, though.

i wouldn't mind a Premier 180 SS amp, personally. With my 4 ohm speakers, that would give me 360 Wpc.
It is a SS amp with a 300B somewhere in the circuit. 1000 watts per channel

Shane...1,000 wpc into what load? That could mean 125wpc into 8ohms and if it doubled down into 4,2 and 1ohms, then it would be 1,000wpc into 1ohm. The amp does not look big enough to deliver 1,000 wpc into 8 ohms. I am not an amplifier designer obviously, but every monster amp that can deliver 1Kwpc into 8ohms that I have seen has been a pretty hefty bugger Also, it would be interesting to know how the 300B tube is integrated into the circuit as it is obviously normally used as an output tube but they must clearly be using it in the input stage in this design. Just curious...

Thx

Not sure Cyril

This was a cut and paste fom the 2003 CES. At a guess I would say it was 1000 watts into 4 ohms.
