This was at Hogg Island nuclear plant near here. Outfall cooling ponds were constructed for the plant, and have turned into nesting and feeding grounds for lots of water foul and raptors. It is open for photography most of the time after ya pass thru the security checkpoint, but closed in the fall for deer hunting.
