One other thought... if you're going to rent a car be aware that on the highways, in tunnels, etc there are speed monitoring cameras and if you get a flash, expect a ticket to arrive at your house in the US... speaking from experience.

Vachers is best. The oldest by some way, have nearly all the original pieces from the 1700's.

I am in Zurich now for a few days. Does anyone know a great Hi-Fi store or a great CD store to visit here?

Audio Vinyl and HiFi Kaufman aren't bad. They are both equipment dealers but on opposite sides of the train station. If you're in that area, might as well just drop in on a few because there's a handful of shops there. Maybe one will know of a fun place to find CDs.
