The best part of the result is that it did not go to penalty kicks. That is no way to be eliminated in the knockout stages of any major tournament. I suggest that after ten minutes of extra time each team has to pull one player, if neither team scores in the next ten minutes then each team removes another player. That should open up the field and someone will score.

Of course it was an other attack.
"But if the referee had given a fault for France instead of giving one for Portugal, then the course of the play would have been different." That is the analysis of my son and since he always goes deeper than everyone else, I tend to like his theory !
