David.......Same here. They were not cheap, but I believe these two SACD's will become two wonderful reference discs that I will enjoy often. I will also use both SACD's to demonstarte my system for guests, as well to audition cables and tubes.

Actually, the price was in line with SACD's and XRCD's from a number of other sites I visit, but I prefer to hold the list price under $16.00 per disc if I can. I really like it when I can purchase new music I like for under $10.00.

I've ordered Mike Oldfield ~ Crisis remastered CD Japanese import for $42.00
It's a great piece of work so it's worth it to me.
This is the most expensive CD that I've ordered so far.

Jim.......Turn the lights off, let your mind wonder. You'll find the zone. There is structure in the arrangements through which improvisation weaves. Totally unstructured improvisation is not my cup of tea, but there are many degrees of jazz that are extremely enjoyable.

For starters, check out Tom Grant - Reprise on Rhapsody. Tom does some nice piano jazz that carries a beat without leaving you in a smoky cloud of uncertainty. Good stuff.
