Default Binding post dilemma

Help! Is there such a fitting as a right angle mxf banana adapter?
I'm trying out these PNF Symphony biwire cables (TAS Editor's Choice) and I love them enough to keep them if I can make them work.
Revel Ultima Studio 2's have a door that closes over the binding posts.
I don't see how bananas could ever be used but maybe their is something made that I am unaware of.
The Hf is above the LF and the pattern is 31/2" h x 11/4" W. The wire needs to lay practically flat against the binding post mounting plate so that it can exit through the hole in the bottom and so the cover door will close.
There is about 1 inch of clear space from the face of the post to the door.

I'll second that; %#@& the covers. I can't believe a upper-end speaker manufacturer would think of doing something like that to inhibit banana connections.

Rip the "doors" off and throw them in the trash.

Bad design. Period.

What was the solution? I would have modified the doors with a couple of nice holes to pass the cables through.
