Here are the amp stands I had them make, cut to size. Delivery took a couple weeks and cost was around $125 per stand.
Stay tuned... |

Looks great! Regarding the footers below the butcherblock if you have some soft footers like Sonic Design feet or similar to try vs the hard coupling you had on hand?
The Everest itself is probably using a Stainless Steel with polymer footer (similar to the Denali 6000T. So the reasoning with the softfeet-butcherbloock-hard feet is to couple the Everest hard to the mass of the Butcherblock but the Butcherblock itself to "float" from the flooring, try it out if you are interested. |

The two additional dedicated 20 amp circuits for the amps go in tomorrow The maple platform for the Everest is in the production queue at Country Moldings, and I should have it before the Everest arrives toward the middle to latter part of next week. This is going to be a major system tear down and rebuild...last one hopefully. |

+1 Puma...
I am an Eden Sound fan however I do not believe they would do much over Shunyata new footers. Now, HRS damping plates are another matter [emoji2] |

Fini. Much more authority to the bass, depth to the midrange and clarity in the highs. So much for getting anything else done today.
An observation - the Sigma v2 NRs are snug in the Sr-z1 outlets that went in today, but the Omega XC powercord is just about falling out of the third SR-z1 outlet so I’ll have to MacGuyver a solution to that, although I’d expect the connection to be more solid than it is. Same issue with the IEC connection on the amps - the Sigma V2 NRs are not too securely seated...I’ll devise something to give them a straight shot in to the receptacle. Next milestone - Everest and custom sized maple platform delivery, then a new pair of Omega AES for the upsampler to DAC connection. |
