Just received my repaired Triton power conditioner with a new breaker. It is installed, and working like a charm. Other than music, I can't hear a thing, which is how it should be.

Aside from being inconvenient, this wasn't a bad repair experience. Shunyata had UPS come by and pick it up. Caelin contacted me via email to let me know what happened, and it was fixed and shipped back the day after they received it. They even included a set of spikes and saucers as a gift. So, now I can rave about how well their cables and power conditioners work, and rave about their customer service when the rare incident happens.

Outstanding! Glad it worked out ok. Happy listening.

Way to go Caelin! That's what customer service excellence is all about.

While I can't prove it, I swear the Triton sounds better after repair than before I broke it. Maybe my amps are settled in after whatever number of hours they have played since I got them last month. Whatever the reason, I am really enjoying the stereo now.

Have you considered it might the spikes? And of course the magic dust Caelin sprinkles on everything that leaves his bench. ;-)

This service long after sale is yet another reason why my system will always have a Shunyata foundation. Made in America, baby!
