Default Best cartridge to match with REF Phono 2 and 2SE

I've been told that the best match is a cartridge with an output voltage of .4MV@ 5cm/s or greater with the REF Phono 2. Please share your thoughts and experience with the REF Phono 2 and which cartridge works for you. My turntables are SME 20/3A which has the V arm and the Ayre/DPS with DPS arm.
Thanks!

plenty of cartridges to match.
in fact the ref stages can be tailored to match most cartridges out there.
all depends on your gear upstream and what type of sound you are looking for.

You can pretty match up any cartridge with this phono. It's pretty awesome. You should upgrade to the SE version.

Sweet. Thanks for the replies. Any guidance on how to learn how to adjust the unit?

I enjoy a lot the Sumiko Palo Santos in the REF2 Phono, using it an SME 30/2. Impressive dynamics and very good tracking. However I also like the Van den Hul Black Beauty special X. Both have an .5mV output .

I'm using the AirTigth PC-1S. An excellent and delicate sounding cartridge. Works very well with my SME 20/3A and Ref Phono 2SE.

I have a dynavector xv1 s. Set at high gain. Load 500. And works fantastically
And I don't have se version. Is it a big step up?
