Erik,
Great job using a propane grill! I use the Sweet Baby Rays Sauce also. I cut it down with some apple cider vinegar, gives it a milder flavour that doesn't mask the flavour of the meat. I use a Pitmaker Safe upright smoker. Going to do a 15 lb brisket this weekend. |
