Default Tube upgread for Cary 308T cd player

Looking to upgrade my Cary 308T 12AU7/ECC82 electro-harmonix tubes, any recommend tube will be appreciate.

How about Amperex tubes. I changed out my telefunken 12AT7 for Amperex 12at7, and I really like the difference they made in my amp. Maybe you'll experience the same with your 12AU7's.

There are a lot of folks who like the Genalex, I am really not a big fan, but I am probably in the minority there.

Tubes have to be listened to with your own ears.

I recently also had good luck with RCA tubes.

After looking around on the web and consulting with Cary Audio, I jumped the jump and I bought today two 1960 Telefunken 12AU7 / ECC82 - ribbed plates, matched pair.
I will keep you guys update

Upgraded the stock 12au7(4) tubes of my Cary 303T cd/sacd player to JJ 802s cryo tubes. It brought the 303T to another level.

I replaced the tubes today.

I played Nora Jones - Come away with me (super audio CD).
I'm standing with a funny face in front of my system and asking my self, is this sound coming from my Cary 308T?

Where all this guitar strings sound was hiding?Nora sound so clear, so real, I can't be more happy!
