Retirement House Projects!
In my retirement I have never been busier doing house projects.
Like updating the floor tiling, cabinets, and fixtures. I bought a Porter Cable tile saw which has performed flawlessly for the tile work. Examples of before/after house projects. Hope my back holds out!!

I've never been busier vetting & hiring contractors to do similar work. New front windows and patio access door once they arrive (8-10wk delivery). Some new electrical work, including my dedicated line for my listening space as soon as the electrician can finish up some larger jobs. Florida-room likely has to wait until spring.
