Very nice watch!! My moon watch is my favorite but it's just a regular version not the gorgeous dark side of the moon.

This is the Seamaster 300 co-axial was really pining for. I absolutely love the design and the fact it has no date window. In general, I really prefer NOT having a date window. I know, I know, but I am really picky about my design sensibilities when it comes to watch design...and the case was perfect at 41mm (I hate large watches...38/42 are ideal)

But when I tried it on, it was too thick....WAAYY too thick. So, no Omega Seamaster 300 for me.

Ohhhh, yeahhhh....but those are getting really pricey....almost a pricey as vintage Heuer Autavias.

The 145.022 references are still "reasonable" in price, and have almost as much vintage "street cred" as the legendary 321 calibre Speedys.

The last Speedmaster I owned was the 50th anniversary. I gave it to my son on his birthday some years ago.

Have not owned a Speedmaster since and probably would never revisit the topic of owning one but damn, this DSOTM Speedmaster is just haunting me now.

Here's a couple Omegas I would not kick out of bed for eating crackers...the new Railmasters:

The Seamaster Railmaster Co-Axial Master Chronometer 38mm, part of the "1957 Triology" issued this year at BasilWorld.

The Seamaster Railmaster Co-Axial Master Chronometer 40mm

My favorite....oooh...That's what I'm talkin' about! -Will Smith, Men in Black

They're just gorgeous. Simple, clean, clean design.

Yeah, its frickin' gorgeous...look closely at the texture and color of the dial. And I love the cross-hair design element. And...unlike, ahem (cough, cough), Rolex, there's not a paragraph of text on the dial (drives me crazy! ) As TGV, the impresario of one of the leading watch YouTube channels, The Urban Gentry, says..."Pure class!"
