Marantz 2245 price
Whats a good price for one of these that works but probably needs a good cleaning inside?

Chad.......The site Priceonomics says a Marantz 2245 goes for $230 to $282 depending on condition.

I just sold a 2245 about 6-7 months ago. With new caps, totally clean-up. No wooden case, easily $200 or more. One that needs work give no more than $100 - $150. I'll also say that it's not worth either price, but.............

They sure are beautiful. That design has stood the test of time.
local second hand shop has one for $265. They go thru them, make sure all is well and working. You can usually find comparable sound quality in other receivers for less money. Marantz seems to demand higher prices |

Used off craigs they go for anywhere from $100 up to $300 where I am.
