I'd like to see a theme based upon the glories of test piloting experimental technology. Much like "The Right Stuff" of the past but centric to the precipice of a theoretical physics breakthrough as the conventional line of technical achievement has already been done...

If nothing else it better have a reference sound mix to blow my surrounds and sub-woofer out of the sky. If the movie ends up being bad (which we are all predicting) at least I can just sit back and listen to the awesome machines flying around :-)

I completely agree. In my opinion the movie industry has been far surpassed by the talent, writing, directing, and acting from network tv shows such as mad men, boardwalk empire, sons of anarchy, etc...
