Took clients to Morton's Steakhouse and thoroughly enjoyed both of these 1.5 ml 2011 Caymus Special Edition. A little young, but put in a decanter for about 30 min. and opened up quite nicely.

Great choice Gaboudreaux. Caymus Cab is always a reliable treat. Especially when preceded with an equably reliable performer: Duckhorn Cab. It gives the Caymus a sublime chocolaty aftertaste.

Yes, was really good! Was in Napa in June and visited Duckhorn. Brought back some 2010 Monitor Lodge Cab which is pretty good. I also like their Golden Eye Pinot Noir. Favorite from the trip was Del Dotto cabs and Quintessa cabs. And for white, Quintessa also has a Savignon Blanc called Illumination that is awesome.

Four Roses Single Barrel. I used to snub Four Roses products, but the single barrel and the small batch are pretty good bourbons for the price.
