I emailed Krell Tech support a few days ago. No reply. Have they shut up shop?

They are definitely still open. I had very recent email communication with Krell service department.

I also have an Amp with them for repair which I brought them myself. Saw their facility and they are definitely still in business. Working 4 days a week though.
